The follow-up live album to KISS ALIVE! KISS ALIVE II
features 71 minutes of live and new studio tracks. Recorded live
at LA's Forum and Budokan, Tokyo with studio cuts recorded
at the Passiac Theater in New Jersey. The double-gatefold set sported three sides live with the fourth side of new material.
The album also gave fans a little something extra- Kiss tattoos and
"The Evolution of KISS" booklet. With the exception of "Rocket Ride" on the 4th side, Bob Kulick filled in on lead guitar work for an absent Ace Frehley.
