OTTAWA — KISS still wants to rock and roll all night long, they just want to start a bit earlier.
Showtime for the KISS show at Bluesfest Wednesday night has been moved ahead by 45 minutes.
Gene Simmons and his band will start their show at 8:45 p.m. on the Bank of America stage, instead of the originally scheduled 9:30 p.m. start. The opening act, Beast, will go on at 7 p.m.
There's been a change as well on the Rogers Stage, where the Arkells will be on at 6 p.m., followed by The National at 7:45 p.m.
The much-anticipated KISS show stands to be the premier act at Bluesfest 2009.
